November 12, 2019, Beijing, China-Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ:XLNX), a global leader in adaptive and intelligent computing, today announced the launch of two Xilinx automotive grades (XA) The new devices Zynq® UltraScale+™ MPSoC 7EV and 11EG further enrich its automotive-grade 16nm product series. These two new devices provide the most excellent programmability, performance and I/O functions, and provide high-speed data aggregation and preprocessing for advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) applications and autonomous driving (AD) applications from L2+ to L4 And distribution (DAPD) function and calculation acceleration function. Through the release of these two new products, Xilinx can now provide the highest level of chip integration in the world. From small devices supporting edge sensors to new high-performance devices for centralized domain controllers, Xilinx can now pass Provide a full range of product lines to meet various automotive requirements for safety, quality and reliability.

The newly launched XA Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC 7EV and 11EG devices are the result of development in response to customer needs. The new device provides more than 650,000 programmable logic units and nearly 3,000 DSP units, an increase of 2.5 times compared with the previous largest device. In addition, XA 7EV has a built-in video codec unit for h.264/h.265 codec, while XA 11EG has built-in 32 12.5Gb/s transceivers and provides 4 PCIe®Gen3x16 modules. The addition of these two high-performance devices to Xilinx Automotive and its product series can help automakers, robotic taxi developers, and Tier 1 suppliers perform DAPD and computing acceleration within a certain range of power consumption, thereby supporting scalable scale Production deployment of autonomous vehicles.

Emre Onder, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Xilinx, said: "The two new devices introduced in Xilinx's automotive product portfolio will further expand our market-tested product line.
